We specialise in letting house share properties to students. Contact is directly with us, not via an agent. We do not charge a security deposit - just pay 1 weeks rent to secure a house (part of the rent for the year).
With over 20 years experience Your Student Accommodation is run by a local private landlord providing great and affordable student houses in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme for Staffordshire & Keele Universities. Being local means we can be responsive and hands-on. Increasingly, many student properties are run remotely by large organisations who have many sites across the UK or letting agents who aren't the easiest or quickest to reply to tenants. We use reliable tradesmen who know just how our houses tick and can deal with problems quickly.
Our student houses are comfortable, modern houses which are perfect for sharing, studying and relaxing.
We provide what students expect - comfortable communal spaces, dining areas, fully equipped kitchens - washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers come as standard. Bedrooms are great study areas and have a desk, office swivel chair and shelves plus large pinboards and ethernet points in every bedroom. SuperFast Virgin fibre WiFi - 1 Gigabit plus BT Home mesh wi-fi provided in every property.
Being active members of the National Landlords Association and accredited landlords by the North Staffordshire Landlords Accreditation Scheme (NSLAS) we are keeping up-to-date with current legislation and regulations, in particular those concerning health and safety issues.
I rented from Sara in my final year of uni after being with agency second year.
The house was freshly refurbished before I moved in and everything was of good quality and perfectly styled. Sara was always easy to get hold of and sorted any problems (such as faulty dishwasher) quickly and effectively.

I rented off Sara for two years whilst in University. I couldn’t recommend her enough. The houses were always well kept and felt very welcoming. If we had any issues (very rarely), Sara was always happy to help and would have it sorted as soon as possible. The houses were very modern and equipped with everything needed whilst at University. Very decent price for such good service. The cleaning service provided at the end of each Semester was also much appreciated.
