• All our houses offer accommodation of the highest standard, a few minutes walk from Staffordshire University and easy travelling distance from Keele University.
• We are highly experienced accredited landlords, comply with HMO regulations (where applicable) and are members of the National Landlords Association and North Staffordshire Landlord Accreditation Scheme.
• All our houses have double glazing, security alarms and interlinked hard wired smoke alarms with battery backup.
• Each house is fully furnished, broadband already connected and equipped with every modern convenience, including leather sofas, flat screen TVs, double beds, washing machines, dishwashers and tumble dryers.
• We do require every student to nominate a guarantor, which isusually a parent or guardian. The guarantor guarantees both the performance and obligations of the tenant under the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. If you are to be the nominated guarantor, we will supply you with the relevant documentation, which we will require you to complete and return to us.
• We have a maintenance team available at all times.
• We are always available to answer questions or discuss any concerns you may have regarding the tenancy.
